Refund policy

We want you to love Neu+ — if not, we’ll make it right.

 

1. First order promise

We offer a full refund on your first order if you contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Refunds apply to unopened shots only (for safety and hygiene reasons).

 

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@neu-plus.com with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Which items you’d like to return
• Reason for return

We’ll confirm the return address and guide you through the process.

 

3. Condition of returns

Returned items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging
• Sent back within 30 days

We may refuse refunds if items aren’t returned in a resalable condition.

 

4. Refund method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return.

 

5. Faulty or wrong items

If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, let us know within a reasonable time.
We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.

 

6. Subscriptions

To stop future deliveries, cancel before your next billing date.
Already-shipped subscription boxes can’t be cancelled but unopened items can be returned.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
