Shipping Policy

At NEU+, we aim to ensure all orders are delivered quickly and reliably, whether you’re a monthly subscriber or making a one-time purchase.

Subscription Orders

Customers subscribed to NEU+ will receive a 28-day pack delivered every month.

  • Dispatch Date: All subscription orders are dispatched on the 25th of each month.

  • Billing: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled prior to your renewal date.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier service selected at checkout.

One-Time Purchases

One-time customers may choose between:

  • 7-Day Pack (7 shots)

  • 28-Day Pack (28 shots)

Dispatch Time:
All one-time orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following courier options:

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Typically arrives next working day after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Typically arrives within 2 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • DHL Express International – Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent using tracked services. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Shipping Issues

While we always aim to meet our stated dispatch times, delays may occur due to courier constraints, customs processing (for international shipments), or unexpected disruptions.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NEU+ is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.
